Maritza has worked in the design-build profession since 1985, and is an integral component of Randel Jacob Design Group/RJDG Collaborative. Maritza joined the effort in 2010. In addition to the several years of experience in both the design and construction fields, Maritza previously held a residential contractors license.

Maritza has designed and built many varied project types and supported each project with expertise specific to project type.

Maritza is a native of Douglas, Arizona, and currently resides in Tucson, Arizona
